Well we found the perfect house for us on Thursday! We put the offer on today and they accepted! We expect to close the third week of March!
I knew it was the right one as soon as I walked in the door. The picture below shows half the house, you can't see the whole thing on Google Earth because of the trees. It's been updated really well, but it has a few things we can still do to get more value out of it when we sell it in a few years. It's totally cute on the inside, just under 2000 square feet and has a great yard and deck. It came with some nice perks too, so we're really excited.
I'll have a nice big housewarming party so you can all see it in April once we're settled in!

Ok so the sad part is, we won't be in the Dash Point Ward anymore. :( We'll be in the Federal Way ward so we're still in the stake at least. It's really sad because I totally love our ward, it's awesome and I love my calling with the Young Women but at least I will still get to hang out with all my friends without missing a beat since we will live in Federal Way. (We were looking in Black Diamond so consider yourselves lucky!! J/K)
Anyway we're so excited for our first house and I'm even more glad that I can still do the BPA trail with you girls during the summer and go to bookclub and yoga and fondue since I'm still close. So don't forget me even though I'm out of the ward!
