P90X

Ok so we just started the P90X last week, and every single muscle in my body aches like there's no tomorrow. But I can feel myself getting stronger, and I love a good challenge which this certainly is.

If you are looking for a tough workout "guaranteed to make you ripped in 90 days" you should try the P90X. Also if you want to feel way out of shape and weak, this workout is for you. :)

that's funny you posted about this...i've been thinking I should. don't you love it. like tony says it's a love hate! i can't wait to see what we look like in 90 days.
